To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit must be made. Deposits can be made via apple pay or zelle.

Copyright and Usage Policy

All images and videos produced by BouVisions remains the property of the photographer/videographer, who retains the copyright. Clients are granted a limited license to use the images and videos for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Photography & videography Delivery Policy

RAW images will be promptly delivered to the client via WETransfer within the specified timeframe, which is typically 1-3 days after the session. It is important to note that the photographer will edit and retouch only the predetermined number of images agreed upon in the package selected by the client. Clients may also request additional edits or retouching at an additional cost, but the photographer reserves the right to decline requests that would compromise the artistic integrity of their work.

Video editing is a time-intensive process, and I kindly request a maximum of 2 weeks for the completion of the edited video. However, the turnaround time may be shorter. Please note that I only allow a maximum of 2 revisions. Subsequent revisions will be subject to an additional cost.

TARDINESS & rescheduling

If you anticipate a significant delay or require a rescheduling, I kindly request that you notify ME at least 24 hours in advance. I will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Failure to provide advanced notice of inability to attend a scheduled session will result in a charge equal to the full session fee.

I highly encourage open communication. If you are running late or necessitate a rescheduling, please inform ME. Contact details can be located in the "Contact" section of the website.

Payment Policy

Please note that full payment for your photography or videography package is due on or before the day of the session. It is imperative that payment is made on time to avoid any inconvenience. Kindly be informed that the accepted payment methods include cash or electronic transfer (Apple Pay or Zelle).

Refund Policy

It is imperative to acknowledge that all sales related to photography and videography services are final, given the unique nature of these products. However, if the client is unsatisfied with the final product, the photographer or videographer will make every effort to address the client's concerns with utmost diligence. If necessary, the Photographer/videographer may offer additional edits or reshoots at their discretion.
